你好，情况一模一样，我估计当初申的时候就提交财产证明的直接收DHL大礼包；没提交财产证明的收条件录取邮件，提交以后再收DHL大礼包。
可是我发邮件给小米问减免学费的事，小米说ECE的都没有，怎么楼主就有了？邮件原文如下：

We do not award financial support to master's students in their first semester of study here.
