急求帮助！leasing office要收违约金，按照合约时间搬出

我们租了一套公寓，合同签到2.12。然后现在Leasing office说我们不续签的话要提前两个月告知，否则要交两个月违约金。
可是提前两个月的时候我们没有收到任何通知。

这相当于是默认续签？我觉得要续签通知office才是合理的，否则就应该按照合同的时间来？

求帮助，怎么撕？

你在那个时候州？我在加州之前搬家研究了一下不是Month to month 根本不用给任何notice。 你合同上没写60天他没有理由这么要求。去搜一下州内法律，找律师
You DO NOT have to give a 30-day notice at the end of a fixed term lease.

这个是根据合同的，如果你合同上白纸黑字写了提前两个月给他们notice那可能你去找律师，律师也是根据合同去撕公寓，除非你合同上写了公寓需要按时通知你，但是他们没有通知这样才构成公寓的错误。这个时候你跟公寓硬碰硬肯定是作用不大的你要是真不交没准对你的credits还会有影响。
不过你可以跟leasing office商量一下，毕竟
1. 他们确实没有通知 你忘记了也是正常的现象
2. 尽管你没有提前两个月告知，但是你也是提前十几天发现了，就算要你付房租你也不该付两个月的房租。

吃一堑长一智，大多数公寓都是有这种规定的，不能时刻要求公寓去babysitting住户。有话好说好商量。

看看合同上怎么说的.  并且以他们没有通知为理由拒绝续签

查查邮件，是不是leasing office发邮件了没看到，我之前住的公寓就是提前两个月发邮件的，还有即使是收违约金，也应该是按照break Lease算，没的非要你再住一年的。

看一下合同，一般会写不通知的话默认按天或者按月续租。实在不行看看能不能和解少交点罚金

没有邮件，他们说在门上贴了条，但并没有看到过...

合同上有提到自动续租，但有明确的截止日期所以我们理解的是截止日期前自动续租... 如何和解_(:з」∠)_
