是这个不？？？这个Affidavit of Support 和 Confidential Bank Statement是什么关系啊？求解

Support

All sponsors must sign, date &
indicate amount of support.  The
promised amount of support must
cover the estimated cost of
educational and living expenses for
the entire length of study for your
program (e.g., two years for a
masters degree, three years for a
PhD). Multiple Affidavits of Support
must equal or exceed the estimated
cost for the entire length of study. All
affidavits must be dated within one
year of your planned enrollment.

Bank Statement  
04/14/2013   Incomplete

Office   
The Confidential Bank Statement
must be on official bank letterhead,
dated within one year of your planned
. Waral dи,enrollment, signed or stamped by a
bank official, and cover the estimated
cost of educational and living
expenses for one year of study for
your program. The account holder's
name must be translated into English
and be the same as the name listed
on the Affidavit of Support Form.

你把材料扫描件发过去了给你回复确认了没？我的发过去几天了状态也没变，也没有确认。

大概过了一周多他才给我回的邮件，然后又过了一两天状态就变了貌似。。
