We would like to inform you that your application for Spring 2020 term to the Berkeley Haas Master of Financial Engineering Program is being held for further consideration.
Please note that we typically reserve a few spots every year for the candidates who are placed on the hold list. Although we cannot guarantee admission to the Berkeley MFE Program at this time, you may enhance your candidacy by completing a series of items, herein referred to as “conditions”. You will find this tailored list of preparation items and their respective deadlines listed under "Conditions" when you log into your online application account.
While there is no guarantee that you will be recommended for admission if you complete the conditions, the Admissions Committee will review your file regularly and make a final decision before the close of the admissions cycle in March 2020.
Please click here to respond our hold list offer no later than Mar 14 2019 9:00PM. If we do not hear from you, we will assume that you are no longer interested in being considered for our Program beginning in Spring 2020 and we will withdraw your application.

嗯，写的是21 Spring保证录取。

To maintain your guarantee status for the Spring 2021 start, you must successfully complete the items in the waitlist (listed above) and submit your reapplication to the Program when the application opens in December 2019. Important notes:
- We will keep valid test scores, recommendation letters, transcripts, and other materials from your previous application. There is no need to resubmit these items unless directed or you have updates.   
- You will need to open a new application and fill out all required sections: personal data, work experience, education, reapplicant essay, submit a new resume, and any new section(s).
- You will need to submit the application fee again.
- Your application for the Spring 2021 start must be received by the first round deadline in January 2020.

Preparation checklist过一段时间会给你更新的，大概一周左右，再等等吧！

求问楼主面试了吗？我也是wait但是我没有面试哎

同wl，请问楼主面试过吗，我无面wl，也是醉了。以及condition在哪里楼主找得到吗？

他也没发二面邀请呀，看来要等下周一才能清楚啦，我发的邮件他也没回复。他们今年比较迟，好多人我看都是最近这周面的，所以估计held for further consideration就是没审核到，你可以在耐心等等，祝好运啦
