现在微软的情况不就是PERM给开始办，但是办的很慢一年都办不下来。

一年能下来已经算是快的了吧，如果打广告正常打的话

觉得1-1.5年是大家的正常预期吧

最近不是软裁员了吗 裁员是要暂停一下办perm的吧 打广告什么的都不能打了
