Cornell EE MS letter

I applied Cornell ECE MS. (not Meng)
I got a mail and attached pdf describes the difference between MS and Meng.
But not sure what to do next....

We appreciate your interest in our Master of Science (MS) Program. We have received a larger than expected number of applications this year. We are very happy to see that there was such a genuine interest in our field offering an MS Program. Unfortunately though, as a result, we find ourselves in a position where we will be able to admit a limited number of applicants.

At the suggestion of Prof. Clif Pollock, the Director of our Masters’ Programs here in ECE, he has composed the letter that is attached. It is our hope that you will take the time to carefully review what he has written and make an informed decision on how you would best like to proceed in terms of consideration of your current application for the Fall 2013 semester.

同收到哇！letter里写300份只收15～20..这信是不是要拒绝的意思啊...

刚在thegradcafe上看到ECE MS的拒信，这个不会也是拒信的节奏吧。。。
同回复同意了。。。
