H1B的已经开始Approve了吗?

一直以为是5月20号才开始Approve H1B,但是看有人已经Approve了,想问个问题,H1B 抽中之后大概多久开始能Approve?

有一个统一的时间从某天开始处理,还是根据抽中的顺序已经开始啦?

5/20是原本非PP的人可以upgrade到PP的時間
本來就PP的可能更早就開始review
請問你是在哪裡看到他們被approve的呢

可能你看到的是H1B transfer

也可能是Cap exampt

应该是5.20开始process

Premium processing for H-1B cap-subject petitions will be offered in a two-phased approach during the FY 2020 cap season so USCIS can best manage the premium processing requests without fully suspending it as in previous years. The first phase will start on May 20 and include FY 2020 cap-subject H-1B petitions requesting a change of status and the second phase will include all other FY 2020 cap-subject petitions. Starting on May 20 and continuing through the end of June 3, we will not use pre-paid mailers to send out final notices for premium processing for FY 2020 cap-subject H-1B petitions requesting a change of status.

请问非加急的一般审核需要多久啊？
