实在忍不住联系了Fragomen，答复说还有几周可以收

看到地里的兄弟姐妹们个个都上岸了，焦急的实在忍不住给fragomen发了个邮件问问，答复如下：

Thank you for checking on your case status.  We are still receiving many receipt notices every day and expect to continue to receive them for a few more weeks.   We will be sure to notify you as soon as we have any update.  We will not not for sure that your case was not selected until USCIS returns the petition to our office.

发一个fragomen标准回复：

Hello xxxxx,

USCIS has begun to conduct the electronic lottery process to determine which received cases to process under cap. However, we do not know the results of the lottery process yet and therefore do not know the data behind this year's cap. We ask that you please be patient during this period as not all receipts will be issued by USCIS at one time. It does take several weeks for all receipts to be sent out from USCIS. Typically, USCIS will then start to issue returned petitions from June to August. Our office will proactively reach out to you if a receipt or return notice is received for the petition xxxxx has filed on your behalf, so there is no need to check back on the status of the petition. Please note we cannot confirm whether a petition has been selected in the lottery or not until we receive and process the physical receipt notice or the return notice in our office, and that USCIS will be issuing all filing notices via regular US Postal Service mail.

Once a petition has been selected in the lottery, USCIS will begin reviewing the selected cases and will issue a decision, which may include an approval, denial, or Request for Evidence (RFE). If the petition has been filed under premium processing and USCIS accepts the premium processing request, they have stated that the premium processing timeline will start on May 20, 2019, and USCIS will have 15 days upon selection of the petition or after this date, whichever is later, to issue a decision.
  
If the H-1B is selected and approved, the earliest start date that we can request is October 1, as this is the first day of the new fiscal year. Please note that USCIS is not obligated to process the petitions and issue a decision by this date, and the processing time will depend on USCIS. Please be aware that the H-1B lottery process varies from year to year according to USCIS’ internal timelines and this is merely an estimated schedule based on previous. All details of case processing are under USCIS' discretion and the process may take longer or shorter depending on the number of applicants and level of scrutiny.
