About the position
At Kwai Seattle AI Lab, we are conducting cutting-edge AI research to serve the real products at company, including but not limit to ranking, recommendation systems/algorithms, game AI, model compression, AutoML, large scale training systems, speech/music understanding/generation, computer vision, natural language processing/understanding, etc. We are seeking highly innovated AI research scientists and engineers to work with us to define the next generation of our products.

As part of the team, you will …

Closely collaborate with top-tier researchers and engineers in the US and China.
Access to one of the largest and most diverse video datasets in the world.
Work on extremely challenging real industrial problems with huge impacts to the research community.

Desired Skills and Experience
Clear logic
Strong programming skill
Familiar with parallel deep learning training  
Strong ability of solving new problems
Ph.D. or Masters in CS/EE/IE/STAT/Math or a related discipline.
Recent publications in top-tier venues such as (but not limit to) ICML, NIPS, KDD, ICLR, CVPR, ICCV, ICASSP, Interspeech, ACL, EMNLP, NAACL, JMLR, and TPAMI.
Research experience in machine learning in general, game AI, computer vision, NLP, speech, etc.
Familiar with traditional methods and/or deep learning based methods
Experience with one of the deep learning toolkits such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.

我们没有纯ds岗，都是要求sde基础扎实+深度学习/机器学习的算法能力
