8.12的时候发了一封真情实感的邮件给support说明自己马上要开学了得到如下回复

We understand that you would like to know the status of your visa application.

In regard to your query, your case has already been escalated and is still in process. Please check with us at a later date or wait for our response once there is an update on the case.

不是很懂case has been escalated是啥意思。
想知道有没有人收到过这样的回复呢？以及收到回复之后有issue的么？

应该是提升你的优先级了吧
