我的学位是非软件工科，title的是software engineer，公司是东部一家小公司。收到的RFE是SO，要求提供更多的材料证明公司能提供足够的SO工作。主要rfe材料是公司和manager准备，包括几份不同的job description， project description， 和一些证明材料。具体材料没给我看。现在uscis已经收到rfe回复，等待裁决中。

希望对大家有所帮助。

RFE简述：

You have not established that there is sufficient specialty occupation work available for the requested H-1B validity period.

You indicate that the beneficiary will be assigned to work in-house at ADDRESS, however, you have not identified and described the specialty occupation work assignment to which the beneficiary will be assigned while working at your office location.

In order to establish that there will be specialty occupation work available to the beneficiary for the request H1-B validity period, your response should include documentation of the work to which the beneficiary will be assigned and should demonstrate how the duties and responsibilities relate to that work. Therefore, submit documentations to show your company's progress on the project to which the beneficiary will be assigned. If applicable, include updated timelines for anticipated or completed project deliverables.

The following suggest evidence:
1. Copy of portions of valid contracts, statement of work, work orders, service agreement, etc
2. Signed copies of three most recently filed Federal Income tax returns
3. Copies of company brochures, pamphlets, etc
4. Copies of technical documentations
5. Copies of critical reviews of your/your clients' final software in trade journals
6. Copies of marketing analysis

你好。我的材料是公司和manager准备的。大概就是几个不同版本的job description，写了我具体的responsibility，我已经做了的项目有哪些，反馈怎么样，未来的项目有什么，有哪些证明材料（我做application，所以拿的是一些contract, POC的材料之类的），然后就是一些公司的证明了，具体有什么我不是太清楚了。
