NON-ADV REF 大神幫忙看看

大概一周前收到的REF通知, 我就開始準備可能需要用到的材料, 昨天詢問公司HR具體細節, 被告知不需要我這邊準備材料...

我就詢問了一下律師需要的列表


1)      Copy of the lease agreement for Company’s office location
2)      Copy of the floorplan for your office location
3)      Any documents which verify that Company is located at your current office address
a.       E.g., utility bills for your office location
4)      Copy of Company’s most recently-filed federal tax return
5)      Company’s net annual income
6)      Copy of any contracts between Company and your company’s clients who use xxxx as a product
7)      Copies of any informational documents regarding xxxx
a.       E.g., promotional materials (such as brochures), marketing analyses, cost analyses, etc.
8)      Detailed job description for XXX’s position that includes sub-duties and percentage of time spent on each duty
a.       Please complete duties chart attached
9)      Organizational chart of current Company employees
10)   Copy of any correspondence between Company and XXX regarding his employment with your company
a.       I.e., correspondence of details for his employment with your company, employment benefits, etc.

想問一下 第八條不需要我自己準備嗎? 因爲第一次辦H1B. 功課做的不是很足, 按照上面的内容, REF的原因會是什麽? 我自己能從USCIS獲取到REF的詳細原因嗎? 還是說只能通過律師?
