H1b的response letter问题求解

背景：
楼主CS 的 master, Civil 的本科

楼主上个月收到RFE, 应该是SO， 但是我没办法看到具体原因跟要求。律师也说不需要我这边的任何材料，但是需要公司提供更多的细节。

今天跟manager 一对一的时候看到了他们返回给律师的response

上面问的是这个职位为什么需要本科学位的知识，
manager回复的是工作上的一些细节，这些细节的工作需要本科的课程内容，比如说算法，数据结构之类的。

可是楼主本科是土木，研究生才是计算机，manager所有的回复内容都是在说这些需要本科的知识。

请问这种回复是不是有问题？

我跟manager有提过这种质疑，可是他却说这些工作需要本科的内容，可是你研究生的内容比本科更高阶，他们了解的。再者律师也会评估我们的回复，如果有不合适的他们也会告诉我。

可是，我还是感觉很虚。

现在回复还没有返回给uscis, 我是否可以强势一些，要求他们在没发给移民局之前再做一些修改。。

请问广大好友能否给一些意见，回复的都加米！

个人也是在等律师准备response，mark一下一同等看大家的意见，特别好奇那些说自己写response的同学是怎么跟公司和律师提出来的，感觉很尴尬。同时可以给你看一下RFE信上具体是怎么说的，我觉得你们公司讲的是这一段：

. 1point 3 acresSpecialty Occupation

You must establish that the beneficiary’s proffered position is a specialty occupation. A specialty occupation is one that requires the theoretical and practical application of a body of highly specialized knowledge and that requires the attainment of a bachelor’s degree or higher in a specific specialty, or its equivalent, as a minimum for entry into the occupation in the United States.

To satisfy this requirement, you submitted:
- Description of the beneficiary’s duties;
- A certified Labor Condition Application (LCA).

Qualifying Criteria

To qualify as a specialty occupation, the position must meet at least one of the following criteria.

USCIS will discuss each of the qualifying criteria for specialty occupation below. With your response, identify which of the specialty occupation qualifying criteria you believe has been satisfied. If you believe the offered position satisfies multiple criteria, identify the evidence that you believe satisfies each criterion.

. 1point3acres这个OOH据说是很重要的，你要看你们公司给你报的title是什么，这个title在OOH里面描述需要的技能是什么，跟你哪个degree更相关。我自己也在慢慢了解，希望有点帮助。

给前辈加米了。
我看了这个ooh, 发现上面的occupation都是要求bachelor degree for entry level.

那么我的manager提供了我的这个职位的具体事情会需要bachelor 的哪些课程。但是manager的这些描述跟我的bachelor并不相关，跟我的master更相关。这样的回复算是好的回复吗？

我也没有经验说什么是好的回复，要等其他同学来补充。不过我觉得描述了职位需要的技巧和课程，具体到底是本科还是研究生上的不要紧，只要都是你专业领域的内容就都ok。

如果是描述的话，您觉得需要很详细的描述吗？
我看了我manager的回复，就短短几段话，让我感觉有些敷衍。

“这些细节的工作需要本科的课程内容，比如说算法，数据结构之类的” 非常危险的回复 IO可以根据你没有修习过这类的课程 直接锯掉

这种需要回答 at least master degree 这样才能跟你的研究生课程关联

个人意见 仅供参考 可以多问问其他专业律师

自然是写详细点更好，只不过这事要怎么跟manager提就很麻烦，我目前也都不知道怎么办
