fb uday onsite 坑爹面试官

今天去了facebook uday onsite. 因为我是两年前intern过所以收到了面试
1. behvaiorl. 问题 remove duplicate in an array in place
2. 面经bst in order iterator. follow up: post order iterator。
最后非要跟我讨论如何constant space in order traversal. and i was like wtf am i really supposed to know this?面试官最后说了 这不是part of the interview。他只是很好奇 后来跟我讲了morris让我感兴趣去看看 一个神奇的有口音的白人 感觉比较nerdy 可能确实对算法比较感兴趣 感觉他总体比较满意 问post order我确实没见过不过也算写出来了
3. 一个亚洲人 挺老的 q1. valid number 不用考虑e 秒
最搞笑的是 第二题准备了跟round 2极其相似的题https://www.geeksforgeeks.org/merge-two-bsts-with-limited-extra-space/
跟面试官说了 两道题很像 他也不换题 很害怕被加面 刚刚投诉了 面试他一直很粗鲁 中途打断我不让我解释 我想改code还跟我说  no no no i don't want you to do this
总之感觉自己在挂与不挂的边缘 反正就看第三轮吧 跟recruiter写了封邮件

Hope everything is going well with you! I just did my Uday at Facebook today, and it was overrall a great experience. I got to play with oculus again!
But I'm just writing this email to report an unprofessional interviewer. I don't remember his name, but he was my 3rd interviewer. The whole time he was playing with his cellphone when I was writing my solution and sometimes it took him a while to respond to my question after I asked because he was so preoccupied with his phone. He also interrupted me several times while I'm writing my solution and won't let me continue nor explain. What's worst, he knew I was asked a similar question in the last round, and he still asked that question. In my second round I was asked a question related to inorder traversal of a binary tree, and in my third round I was asked an easy question first and then another question also about in order traversal of binary tree. I brought it up to him to change to another question but he refused. Over all the interviews I have taken at different places he is definitely the worst interviewer I have had.
I really hope Facebook could take my feedback into account.

上一次去uday还是一年半前 当时只有fb一家公司给了实习面试 很是珍惜 刷了一寒假leetcode 开学前面试的 战战兢兢的45分钟写了两道面经题 下午去看campus的时候很激动 想自己要是能拿到internship offer得多荣幸 一年半后的uday 还是一样的过场 先去classics campus参观 再玩oculus 还有最搞笑的q&a panel来了三个new grad来聊 “what motivates me to go to work everyday is definitely the project. i love working on something that impacts millions of people's lives" lol don't want to drink this kool aid anymore. 心态已经完全不一样了 也并不是很想加入 只不过明天有airbnb的onsite两天赶在一起所以来了 可惜airbnb几乎没有hc 明天只是凑那个0.0001%的运气
不知何时能上岸
