这样就算是撤签了么？

给support@ustraveldocs.com发了邮件说想撤签，收到回复如下，

You can request to take out your passport or withdraw your application if you are waiting for administrative processing to be completed. You may choose to reapply again. However, application is processed according to the same U.S. laws and State Department regulations at all U.S. embassies and consulates. If you take out your passport and apply for the same visa type at another post, we will assume you have withdrawn your previous application. After withdrawal you will be required to re-submit any required documentation for your visa when applying again.

1. 最开始的说details是在哪里看？我在https://cgifederal.secure.force.com/appointmenthistory的预约历史里查询，一签的状态还是scheduled，这个合理么？
2. 这样就算是撤签成功了，在家等护照寄回来就行了？

我理解的是如果你拿出护照并且在另外一个地方重新申请同种类型的签证，你现在的这个申请就撤销了。
