表A- 2类 22JUN15  前进三个多月从15MAR15
        3类 01NOV15 不动
表B- 2类 01AUG16  不动
        3类 01MAR17  不动
E.  EMPLOYMENT-BASED VISA AVAILABILTY IN THE COMING MONTHS

In recent weeks there has been a steadily increasing level of Employment-based demand for adjustment of status cases filed with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. Continuation of the current demand pattern would require the establishment of final action dates in the Employment Second, Third, and Third Other Worker preference categories as early as January.  Such action would be required in an effort to hold number use within those FY 2020 annual limits.

有说法说是去年的FB没用完给了今年的EB，去年的F2A全世界都C了好长时间，可能今年多的就是吃FB去年的SO。血卡确实扣到今年为止，后面不用再还债了

但问题是到12月，已经新财年已经三个月了，eb2的排期还没有到达去年12月同期。而且这三个月，逼着eb2去抢eb3的名额...

奥本大爷也不敢一下走太多啊。他的算盘大概是先控制EB2别走太快，这样15年11月之前已经降级的EB2就会在3类直接绿，不会再relink回2类。另一方面，3类不动，防止有更多的人降级。等过两三个月2类降级的这批人绿的差不多了，2的排期应该也会超过3类了，这样11月之后的2类自然就不会降级。奥本说过很多次升降机是他估算不准demand的重要原因，这样弄自然就杜绝了EB2为了早拿卡升升降降，方便他掌握数据。

不用给血卡, 2019年给金卡就行了

照这个趋势，估计12月，eb2类十位数爆绿，还是3类个位数爆绿，或是0爆绿。不知道奥本到底要干什么,新财年到12月，都3个月了，才发了几张卡啊。

这算是更新吗？看来今年移民局这是不打算工作了。

b表日期收了一堆又一堆，local面试了一个又一个。档案都放在nbc里吃灰。

见上面的回复，ROW的EB23即将在一月出现排期。之前ROW的EB1和2倒挂了一段时间，1有排期而2没有，很多EB1降级走NIW，使得EB2 demand也升高，出现排期。

哦这样啊～ 那对于我们mainland China的同学们有什么影响吗？ eb2/eb3还是会慢慢前进吗？

row有排期就没有so了。不过我估计上个财年中国eb2，3本来也已经没有吃到so，有也都给了老印。反正一年就那么多名额。只能说eb2，3自求多福了。哎！好悲惨。18年的pd感觉要死

还有这一段：
*The provisions of the Chinese Student Protection Act require that the China annual limit be
reduced by 1,000 annually to compensate for cases processed under that legislation.
Approximately 700 numbers remain to be offset under this provision, with a total of 210
numbers being deducted from the E3 category, and 490 from the E5 category“

如果我没理解错的话，好像血卡补偿FY2020将是最后一年？往年历来从EB3和EB5扣1000张，今年只扣700张？如果确实如此那EB5将是最大收益者，EB3也微赚一把。
