Dr. Jian Li is an assistant professor in ECE department at Binghamton University, SUNY (https://www.binghamton.edu/).  We are inviting applications for Ph.D. positions for Spring'20/Fall'20, in machine learning, online algorithms, and optimization with applications to computer networks and systems, edge and cloud computing systems, and Internet-of-Things.  More details about Dr. Jian Li's research can be found at https://sites.google.com/binghamton.edu/jianli
