我本人在Apple工作，现在住在这里两年多，房内有家具等，出租的两个次卧是空的。租金$1500每人每月+电气费，押金$1500。

我爸妈2月和3月来主卧住两个月，4月起可选择搬到主卧，有独立卫生间、车库使用权，月租多$300。空出来的房间 我很可能留着给朋友偶尔来住 或者 我临时住一下。

My parents are visiting in Feb & Mar, and will stay in the master bedroom. You may also choose to stay in your current room if you want. I may leave the extra room empty for occasional friends visiting or my temporary stay.
