2nd waitlist pre-master ECE Electrical and Computer Engineering, Machine Learnin

总觉得pre-master的bar能低一点，而且16号已经过普通申请的ddl了就申请了pre-master
我真的很想知道2月1号就发waitlist是什么意思？是婉拒的意思吗？
地里看了下，WL就算转正也都会被调到明年春季，pre-master起码要多一学期还被调到春季就不是很想去了，可能打算发个邮件争取一下，求问有没有什么争取waitlist的特别技巧。。。

我条件比楼主低多了 都拿到了pm ece的offer了
