向西北ECE催结果得到的答复

前几天看见西北发了些EE MS的AD，我啥消息没有，有点慌了，所以发信问了一下，看看是不是悲剧了。
西北的小蜜很给力，马上就回了：

The review process for MS applicants for Fall 2013 admission is underway and will continue until June/July. We have over 750 PhD applications and over 850 MS applications to review. Because of the size and diversity of the EECS department, admissions are managed by the research divisions rather than a central committee, so applicants in different areas will be hearing at different times..

Your application has been forwarded to the committee for review. Decisions have yet to be rendered on nearly all applications submitted thus far, so you still have some time to wait before hearing back, so please be patient.

目测还没悲剧，漫漫等消息的日子啊~~~~~

这个邮件内容完全是模板，我发信问了4回，这是每回必出现字眼……

Since you are an MS applicant you will not be receiving funding with an admissions decision therefore Northwestern has no set date to meet in regards to making a decision on your application. Hope this answers your question.

据说7月还发一批录取呢 看样子就是备胎而已
