Also the article itself does not attach Chinese people. The article talks about how the heavy government debt and real estate bubble make the financial system of China unstable. So things like the coronavirus, although the effect would be short, might cause the collapse of Chinese economy.

Before forming our opinions, I think we should read the article, not just the headline(which probably is just a click-bait). And this is an article from opinion column. it is just an opinion. Shouldn't we value different opinions, some favor us, some don't?

But what can the white house do? Here is America and freedom of speech and freedom of the press are protected by the First Amendment, even it contains racial discrimination contents.

And please note that "China" is not a race. The article is not attacking the Chinese people rather the government.
