【加米】诚心求比较NEU ECE v.s NEU CSE v.s NEU还在审理的IS

情况是这样的，NEU的 ECE和CSE都给了我offer，IS还在审理。。但是ECE和CSE的截至日期马上快到了，所以要先做选择。。
目前是不打算长期留美国工作，还是想在美国工作几年回国。博士如果有比较好的机会也可以选择读博士。以后还是想转码吧，不是很喜欢硬件。。编程还挺舒适的。。不知道这个ECE是不是很硬件。
感觉CSE的学长很少，找不到啊。

is对于算法部分，看其课程难度，如上面所言确实不高。但是能够自修

ECE也可以学算法，选ECE或者CSE吧，IS是个水专业

CSE和IS在一个department下面，而且选课表基本上是一样的，可以说两个专业区别不大，不过CSE比IS人少很多而且是computer打头（有人会觉着名字带c比较利于找工作）…ECE不是很了解了，不过转码的话可能CSE更好一些？

谢谢回复了，问一下CSE的课程看起来如何呢？不过到后面都是自学偏多一些吧？如果我考虑读博士的话需要注意什么吗？

谢谢回复了，主要还是觉得CSE课程和项目名称偏向CS一些，可能好找一点工作？我不了解这个事情。。。不过ECE听说门槛高一点。。要是ECE跟CSE门槛一样我大概率会去CSE了就。还是在CSE和ECE里比较纠结。。

谢谢回复了。我的想法也差不多，就是CSE可能转码和名字课程好一点。。然后ECE可能入学门槛高一些。。我就是比较纠结这两个项目了现在。。

我覺得CSE>ECE

楼主我和你一样也是不喜欢硬件，喜欢搞编程。所以我就没申ECE申请的CSE哈哈哈。我这两天看地里的各种帖子好像CSE跟IS差别不大，而且CSE选课好像比IS更宽松一些。很多申请IS的都是冲着西雅图校区去的，西雅图那边找工作会容易一些，而且刷题氛围比较好。而且据说CSE和IS可以互相转，难度不大，不知道消息是不是确切。
