Dartmouth MEM 面经

上周收到email让选slot，然后就在google calendar上面选了一个slot。但是因为register slot的时候忘记把自己的skype id放到title里面，所以Ross提前给我发email让我提供skype ID。LOL。
之后面试的同学一定要注意。Register slot的时候update invite title才有用，之后再改的话就不可以了。我昨天意识到这个问题，然后重新去编辑google calendar event的title但是已经没有办法sync到Ross那边了。Google calendar simply said "the changes you made will be available ONLY on your google account", I guess the changes were not synced to Ross' side at all.

整个面试流程很轻松。完全不像是面试，而是一个 getting-to-know-you kind of session。

总共20多分钟，聊的还挺合的。Ross问了的topics如下。

1. walk me thru your educational background
2. why dartmouth, why mem
3. what is your current job responsibility (since i'm currently employed)
4. what are your hobbies outside of academics
5. what are your views on cryptocurrency (i mentioned i trade cryptocurrency during my free time for question 3 above, guess thats why he brought it up)
6. what are your career goals

然后就让我问了一些问题。我就大概问了一下placement，student body diversity这两个相关的问题。因为我现在是在WL上，Ross最后说下周会出结果。

今年的cohort size大概50人，10个中国人，15个印度人，然后剩下的是其他国家的。

整个流程都很casual。Ross也是个很好聊的人。
