WASHINGTON (Reuters) - President Donald Trump would require technology workers in the United States on H-1B visas to provide updated certifications that they are not displacing American workers, according to a draft executive order, Bloomberg News reported on Tuesday.
  
The executive order would deny entry for people seeking most types of work visas for at least 90 days, Bloomberg reported.

2天前草案order有这个，最后实际签的没有，只是说30天内再考虑下。

可见tech公司影响力还是蛮大的。

这是2天前order还没发的新闻，现在order已经签了，在wh官网可以看到，并没有包括对h1b或任何temp worker visa的限制，不过确实有说30天内会revisit.
