PM是什么专业才能做的？

pm虽然对专业不做要求，但是opt要求必须做与专业相关的工作，什么专业才能满足这个条件呢？UX design，communication design，computing design和HCI可以吗？

engineering degree + some work experience + mba

For experienced pm hire, it’s no different than other positions, either referral or application would work, it just depends on how strong your experience is.  

Coding is not required for pm, you need to
1) answer the question why we invest in certain things and not investment in others.  
2) You need to provide enough guidance on what feature is and what problems it’s solving.  3) How to do it is left to engineering.  

新加入公司大部分是CS EE理工出身，让人非常安心。至少逻辑没问题，不像之前的，hr前台运营各种背景pm

Pm comes from all difference walks of life, what I described previously is probably the most common path.  There are many variations, your back ground included, I’ve had people who are history major that became pm.
