关于第一点，我只知道目前没有针对国籍的限制。但是楼下说的非PR亲属的旅游签不能入境，我也不太确定严格到什么程度。之前问的学校的OISS，说旅游签+办签证的目的可以入境，只要是飞过去不是开车过去就可以。

非常有帮助，可惜我的加拿大旅游签证还下不来 申请一个月了

One thing to consider, for example, is in which consular district the applicant can demonstrate the strongest ties.

There is no guarantee that a visa will be issued, nor is there a guarantee of processing time. If refused, there is no refund of the application fee.

我刚才和学校申请defer了。。
和visa information call centre 的人打了电话，他告诉我passport delivery may take longer than usual, more than 2-4 weeks. 如果是8.14的面签，有可能9月底才能拿到护照。我看就算我能面试，也未必能按时拿到护照，我学校9月7日必须报道了。

我查到的是还有travel ban呀？请问楼主是在哪看到的信息能分享下吗？

我发邮件问过加拿大的IRCC，我在美国，有加拿大旅游签想去签美国F1,且附了8月份的签证appt，对方回复不可以入境加拿大。以下回复：

“Based on our assessment of your recent enquiry, we cannot process your request as you have not provided sufficient evidence that you meet an exemption criterion and/or that your travel to Canada is non-discretionary, per the travel restrictions implemented to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID‑19) in Canada.”
