h4延期打指纹

h4延期received day在2月，上一次收到打指纹通知是在3月，预约时间在4.2，因为疫情没有打到指纹，今天跟uscis网站客服联系后，客服帮我提交了一个在60天内没有收到biometric appointment的request, 刚刚收到一封uscis邮件，回复我了告知之前有指纹信息可能不需要打指纹，但是也不保证每个case都是这样; asc在关闭时的appointment会再自动预约;还有就是重开后的ASC90天内没有收到预约再联系他们，下面是原文:
As of March 30, 2020, USCIS May reuse previously submitted biometrics for certain form types including I-765 Application for Employment Authorization (EAD). This Management Directive is limited to the period during the COVID-19 pandemic and will automatically expire on Sept. 1, 2020, unless expressly extended by the USCIS deputy director for policy.

If you do not receive a notice of action regarding your case, please note that when USCIS again resumes normal operations, USCIS will automatically reschedule Application Support Center (ASC) appointments due to the office closures. If you do not receive a new appointment notice by mail within 90 days from the time when the ASC offices re-open, call 800-375-5283.

Please also note that receipt of this letter does not guarantee that your case will be able to be adjudicated using previously captured biometrics and that processing of your case may in fact require an ASC appointment once the offices re-open.

Thank you for your inquiry regarding an appointment to have your biometric images processed at an Application Support Center (ASC). As of March 18, 2020, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services has suspended all biometrics appointments.

Please visit our website for possible USCIS office closures: https://www.uscis.gov/about-us/uscis-office-closings .

请问下I-539是有规定收件60天只内会安排打指纹吗？还是其他类型的case也有60天这种？
我是2月18 RD的，坐标西雅图。一直没有收到打指纹的消息，就是从来没schedule打指纹的那种😂。

我是延期h4 去年的新规定要求指纹

啊抱住楼主和楼上！咱们情况很像！！坐标也是Seattle, 我是今年2月开始H4 extension。三月收到ASC 打指纹通知, 原先的打指纹schedule是4/2，但因为疫情原因当天ASC关门，查了网站通知、问了律师并且联系了USCIS contract center rep, 得到的答复都是指纹appointment会自动reschedule，现在不需要做啥。ASC目前已经开门，然鹅老EAD 8/4就要过期了，现在依然还木有任何打指纹的新通知。。。已经申请expedite, 依然在等待USCIS回复。。。有点方，拿不到新卡工作直接受到影响。。。。赶脚新卡遥遥无期。。。

+1  唉....什么情况
