2020年7月婚绿timeline 含cover letter材料&装订tips

Timeline:
7/10 delivered/case was received
7/24 check cashed
7/27 晚上配偶刚收到USCIS的四条receipt number的短信

按照底下cover letter排好顺序然后依次在sticky tab上写A)B)C)D)即可。我是每一个表以及其supporting materials用large binding clips夹好，放进10 x 13 inch信封袋，然后信封袋贴上一张纸写明类型（跟地里分享的youtube video学的）。每个表上面也贴sticky, 这样USCIS不容易漏看表
一共6包我大概7磅多：
I-130, Petition for Alien Relative (这个里面放配偶的cover letter, 比较简单就是证明婚姻真实性的一系列材料地里放的很多我就不重复了)
I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status
I-944, Declaration of Self Sufficiency
I-864, Affidavit of Support Under Section 213A of the INA
I-765, Application for Employment Authorization;
I-131, Application for Travel Document;

按这个顺序从上往下放好，然后把i485 cover letter放在I-485的信封上面。信封里面就没再放cover letter了

Cover Letter materials for I485（A是我，B是配偶）:
A)        Payment for the amount of $1,225;
B)        Form G-1145 - Applicant's E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance;
C)        Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status;
D)        Evidence for A's last three years of employment (tax transcripts);
E)        Two identical passport-style photos of A;
F)        A's government-issued photo ID;
G)        A's passport page with admission or parole stamp for the most recent arrival;
H)        A's all other passport pages with admission or parole stamps;
I)        A's Form I-94 Arrival-Departure Record for the most recent arrival;
J)        A's Form I-797 approval notices for all extensions and changes of nonimmigration status;
K)        A's all available Form I-20;
L)        A's Form I-693 - Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record;
M)        A's birth certificate;
N)        Certified translation of A's birth certificate;

O)        Form I-944, Declaration of Self Sufficiency;
P)        A's most recent Federal income tax return transcript - see D);
Q)        Evidence of real estate asset;
R)        Evidence of real estate asset value;
S)        Evidence of 401(k) value;
T)        Documentation of A's liability/debt;
U)        A's credit report and credit score;
V)        A's proof of health insurance;
W)        A's health insurance deductible and premium;
X)        A's health insurance termination/renewal date documentation`;
Y)        Evidence of A's degrees;
Z)        Evaluation of A's foreign education equivalency;
AA)        A's bank statements for the past 12 months;
BB)        A's credit card statement for the past 6 months  

CC)        Form I-864, Affidavit of Support Under Section 213A of the INA;
DD)        B's Federal tax return – past three years;
EE)        B's six months’ pay stubs;
FF)        B’s bank statements for 12 months

GG)        Form G-1145 - Applicant's E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance;
HH)        Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization;
II)        Two identical passport-style photos of A;
JJ)        A's government-issued photo ID;
KK)        A's previous EAD;
LL)        A's Form I-94 Arrival-Departure Record for the most recent arrival;


MM)        Form G-1145 - Applicant's E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance;
NN)        Form I-131, Application for Travel Document;
OO)        Two identical passport-style photos of A;
PP)        A's government-issued photo ID
QQ)        A copy of current F-1 visa
RR)        A copy of I-94
SS)        A copy of current I-20
TT)        A copy of marriage certificate

现在I944又不需要交了，官网上表都没有了

对的 i-797我只在485里面放了 目前还没啥问题

刚刚没仔细看，原来你在 485 里放了 797 呀， 那楼主你是先提交 i130 拿到 797 再交的 485 么？ 我现在想一起给交了，那我就没有 i130的 797，只有我学生签证的 opt 797，不知道这个需不需要交，已经有点懵了， 非常感谢楼主的解答！！
