几个月前的新闻,今天突然想到,不知都看过了没有?

ISU的所在地Ames, IA居然在第9
理由之一是unemployment rate低,我想说的是,这城市一共5万人,超过2.5万的人是学生
这unemployment rate不低才怪了...

选这个的肯定是北方人

我觉得我们大农村挺适合居住的。。

assume there are N factors contributing to a final score of "good to live" that can be applied for all habitable geographic locations, and diff person will assign diff weights w_i (i from 1 to N) to these factors. Do a sensitivity analysis by allowing w_i's to vary in all the possible values (between 0 and 1 under the constraint that all w_i's sum up to 1). If there are a few geographic locations that stand out as "best" in a majority of situations, then I'll start to believe there's a single "best to live" list....
