一个有趣观察：I-485表格也要附上employment history（暂时不需要交I－944）

看了一圈论坛里file I-485的cover letter,没有发现I－485表格下需要附上employment history的案例。大家一般都在I－864和I－944表格后附上自己employment有关的信息，which makes sense.
但是现在暂时不需要交I-944,假设我们在I－864表格上也不需要填自己的收入信息，那么我们此时就必须在I－485表格后附上自己的employment history.
这个观察是基于I－485 instruction 关于employment history的这段，截取原文如下：

Employment History. For Item Numbers 11. - 22.b., provide all of your employment history for the last five years, whether inside or outside the United States. Provide information for the complete time period, including part-time employment, self-employment, or unemployment. If you do not know your start or end days (i.e. “dd”), provide your best estimate. Begin by providing information about your current and most recent employment or unemployment, if applicable. Provide the locations and dates where you worked. If you worked for yourself, type or print “self-employed.” If you were unemployed, type or print “unemployed.” Check the box to indicate if you currently work for the employer.

For applicants subject to the public charge ground of inadmissibility under INA section 212(a)(4) only, provide
evidence for the last three years of employment such as federal income tax transcripts from the United States Internal Revenue Service (IRS) of the person’s IRS Form 1040, U.S. Individual Income Tax Return; or if not required to file federal income taxes the most recent IRS Form W-2, Wage and Tax Statement, if applicable. If you have already included the same tax documentation in relation to Form I-944 or I-864, you do not need to provide duplicate copies.
这段话的重点在于，（第二段），如果你subject to public charge ground of inadmissibility,（我们大多数人都是），你就必须提供近3年的税表，除非，除非，你已经在I－944 或者 I －864 提供过了。
现在的情况是，大家都暂时不用提供I－944了，而其中一部分人也不需要在I－864提供自己的收入，那么，大家请不要忘了，要把自己的税表贴在I－485表格后啊！
不知道我的想法对不对，请大家多指教！！

pat pat, 就算rfe也就是把材料再交上就好了，再说现在情况这么乱，谁知道USCIS到底要怎么审材料呢？希望他们也简单一点，这样他们方便我们也方便哈哈哈
