美国必须在周五前为TikTok禁令辩护或推迟禁令时间

美国商务部禁止苹果公司和Alphabet公司谷歌应用商店提供下载TikTok的命令将在周日晚些时候生效。美国地方法院法官Carl Nichols表示，政府必须在美国东部时间周五下午2:30之前，对TikTok提出的初步禁令请求作出回应，或推迟该命令。

The U.S. Department of Commerce's order to ban Apple and Alphabet’s Google App Store from offering downloads of TikTok will take effect later on Sunday. U.S. District Court Judge Carl Nichols stated that the government must respond to TikTok’s preliminary injunction request or postpone the order before 2:30 pm Eastern Time on Friday.  source
