中国房产-i944

看到大家都在讨论i944，但好像还没有多少提到在中国的房产的。想请教一下中国的房产需要办appraisal吗？网上随便查了一下价格，都要千分之一到五！也是一笔支出了，想着需不需要能省则省呢？

非常感谢！我律师也回复我了，说有现成的文件就交，没有就用美国资产就够了。

Household assets: If the household’s income is insufficient to the meet the requirement, the applicant may provide assets belonging to himself or herself or to other household members, as long as the combined value of all the listed assets is at least 5 times the difference. Assets include bank accounts, annuities, stocks, bonds, certificates of deposits, retirement accounts and real estate. Cash assets (such as bank accounts) must be supported by 12 months of bank statements. Real estate assets must be supported by a deed to prove ownership, an appraisal report to prove the value of the property, as well as contracts and balance statements of any mortgages or other liens that exist on the property in order to determine its net value. All assets may be in the U.S. or overseas.

944不需要disclose你的所有资产.. 挑大头的能证明你不是负担就行了..

你工资很低吗？如果超过贫困线250%就不用搞房产这些麻烦事情了。

如果是美国房产还可以搞一下，国内的房产就没必要了，工资足够就行了

其实你很难写清楚你的所有资产
你的车也有equity, 甚至你家里所有家电家具, 比较贵的数码产品等等, 加起来估计也能有万把块甚至小几万..
