请问junior的SDE职位还在招吗？现在去公司网站上找职位没找到，不知道是否符合背景。

目前社招Junior的岗较少，大部分都有工作年限要求。
目前因为美国签证新的政策，在公司有方案之前暂时停止招聘，正常来说需求是有的，建议过段时间再关注一下校招职位的放出情况。

Research Scientist in ML Inference Framework

职位描述
• Research and develop the machine learning inference framework used throughout the company and support all the ByteDance products;
• Design the abstraction of fundamental components of the inference framework, optimize the implementation, and deploy them in production systems;
• Collaborate with ML algorithm teams and cross-optimize the performance of critical ML inference tasks.

职位要求
• MS or above degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience;
• Familiar with the C/C++ and Python development in Linux environments;
• Familiar with at least one deep learning framework (TensorFlow, PyTorch, MXNet, or other);
• Know at least one of the machine learning models and their typical application scenarios, like ResNet for image classification, BERT for text understanding, etc.;
• Any knowledge of the following would be a plus: CUDA programming, compilers like TVM, XLA, TensorRT, model quantization, model compression, etc.;
• Can solve technical problems independently as well as with good teamwork;
• Good communication, self-motivation, engineering practice, documentation, etc.

- Measure and track business financial performance, ensure financial healthiness of business operations
- Develop and optimize monetization processes and policies as the team scales

- Manage key initiatives on a project basis, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in the US, Beijing HQ and other international markets

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of sales strategy, sales finance, sales operations, business operations, product strategy, investment banking, consulting, or related analytical experiences. High growth tech start-up experience and advertising experience preferred
- Exceptional data analytics skills. Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools such as tableau preferred
- Skilled project manager. High EQ team-player with the ability to manage expectations across time-zones and cultures
