TOEFL Validation 抗辩，斑斑来看下这样可以么

USC 托福成绩要求是在入学前两个月，so 14 spring的话，不能早于2012年一月份。我不想再考一次托福，所以想申辩下，不知道这样写行不行。大家能给个意见么？

Dear Sir or Madam:
   I am a prospective graduate student; I am reaching you to inquire about my TOEFL score. I took the test on December 15th, 2011. Now I am applying for spring 2014 master program. According to your policy, TOEFL scores are valid when taken within two years of the start of the intended application semester, which means no earlier than January 2012.
   My plea is assuming that I am admitted, I would arrive at America in December, one month before orientation. From that point on, my English skills are only expected to grow due to the increasing daily communication practice, guaranteeing my English proficiency for graduate study.
I also noticed that TOEFL scores taken within two years of application deadline are considered valid in some other universities in California, like UCLA, UCSB.
I wholeheartedly respect your policies as rules to follow, but could you make an exception in my case?
      My request is can I apply with my original TOEFL score? Or must I retake the test?

请问是直接邮件给研院还是先电话联系，然后求关注比较妥帖啊？

没有见到类似的情况
如果要这么做的话 觉得应该发邮件比较好 应该都会得到回复的
