恩，希望快点刷出来，我问学校负责h1b的人怎么办，他说可以和大使馆要NOL然后天天给DOS发。

好的，重发NOL也要花一段时间，只能试试了。

According to the records of the Waiver Review Division (WRD), your No Objection Statement from the Embassy of China has not yet been received.  Upon its receipt, the processing of your J-1 waiver case will continue.  You may continue to monitor the status of your case online at [url=https://j1visawaiverrecommendation.state.gov/.]https://j1visawaiverrecommendation.state.gov/.[/url]



Due to the COVID 19 pandemic there is a delay in the processing of No Objection Statements sent by mail to the Waiver Review Division. Please encourage your Embassy in Washington DC to email your No Objection Statement to WRD-NOS@state.gov. No Objection Statements sent directly by the applicant or to other email addresses will not be accepted.



Processing times for waiver recommendations by the Department of State, Waiver Review Division vary depending on the basis under which you request a waiver of the two-year home-country physical presence requirement.  The processing time of twelve to sixteen weeks for No Objection cases is an estimated timeframe and sometimes can take longer.  The processing time for applications begins only when all required documents have been received.  The requests are taken in order of receipt.



Once a recommendation has been made, your case will be electronically forwarded to U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS) Vermont Service Center (VSC) where your J-1 waiver eligibility will be determined. You may continue to monitor the status of your request by going to https://j1visawaiverrecommendation.state.gov/ and using your case number
