求问 关于career cup...刷熟就能找到实习/工作？

The interviewer is trying to see the process of how you solve a problem. If you are so familiar with all kinds of interview questions which covers all the questions that interviewer prepares for your interview, the result is that you will definitely write out the optimized solution quickly and correctly. But in this way, there is no way that the interviewer can see how you approach a NEW problem based on your Computer Science Foundation.

In the previous paragraph, I am not saying that practicing with interview questions is not necessary. You INDEED have to practice before the interview. But you have to present your "Interview Questions Knowledge" in a good way which indicates that you have the ability and approach to solve a "NEW" problem.

这也太绝对了吧 找工作 还得看人品呢 如果点子真背到家 那是真没话说 话说 只要自己不懒 不水到一定程度 cs就业应该还算好吧

个人觉得找工作肯定会问一些实际的project经验吧，如果只会纸上谈兵就算过了Interviw也会比较吃力……（针对出来要写代码的同学）
