美国博士移民加拿大，请问TA/RA的工作经验怎么算？

想请问一下地里，本人美国毕业的数学博士，想ee移民加拿大，雅思成绩不是问题，想请问下，假设我从15年到21年一直担任TA/RA的话，学校给的合同上写的是一周工作20个小时，这样的话是算兼职吗？期间有几个月暑假回国没做TA要紧吗？这样的话有算三年工作经验吗？谢谢

读书期间的工作都不算进去的，这边的学生在学生期间在企业做全职coop也是不算的。

我听说在加拿大不算，但是在美国的博士期间的工作经验，是承认的？

Student work experience gained while you were studying in Canada or abroad counts towards the minimum requirements for the Federal Skilled Worker Program if the work:
was paid by wages or commissions
was continuous (no gaps in employment), and
meets all the other requirements of the Program

This includes co-op terms and apprenticeships.

The work experience gained as a full-time student outside Canada counts towards the score used to rank your profile.

主要是continuous的问题。如果有至少一年的continuous work (1560 hours; full-time 30 hours/week or equal amount in part-time)，那没什么问题，正常申请就行。如果没有的话，比如每年暑假都停几个月，那也不是完全不能申。移民论坛canadavisa.com这个问题被回答过几次，比如（https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/teaching-assistant-continuous-work-experience.555611/）：

What you can do (once you complete the minimum required year of full-time equivalency) is to create a profile with a single entry that shows continuous work.

Once you receive an ITA you will then have to explain that due to the nature of your job it is not possible to complete the continuous requirement of the FSW program. Thus, you will ask the processing officer to consider your work experience even though you're not able to work during a certain period during the year.

Applicants have managed to succeed with this approach. I cannot guarantee that will be the case with your application but it is your way out if you're looking to apply with this NOC.

你的三年沒問題，問題在於你是否有至少一年的等同連續一年fulltime

可以算 但是要换算 1.5年换算1年full time
