如何给recruiter发email要面试 绝对实用的2个template

如果你没有很多内推或者经历不是牛到随便海投都有面试的话，可以考虑主动出击联系recruiter。楼主收集了两个比较实用的templet分享给大家。这两个template还是有很多值得学习的地方。template用于你在公司网站上或者linkedin找到了recruiter的联系方式，发code email。或者在linkedin上发message也同样适用。强烈建议把大部分原话改成自己的版本，因为圈子很小，大家都用一摸一样的tamplet就很尴尬。

第一次联系recruiter可以参照下面这个template。

Hi [NAME of Recruiter],

My name is [YOUR NAME] and I wanted to go ahead and introduce myself to you and become more familiar with the data science team at [company]. Promise this email will be < 1 min.
I am a data scientist located in [LOCATION] and I [EXPERIENCE]. I'm fascinated about the [PROBLEM THE COMPANY IS SOLVING] and would love to hear more about the data team's recruiting process over at [COMPANY]. Since you're with the recruiting space I also wanted to share one of my best projects with you. It would be great to hear any of your thoughts on it.

[PROJECT DESCRIPTION]  

I totally understand if you’re busy so no rush to rely. If you feel like there may be a possibility on your end, would love to further this conversation! I've attached my resume for reference.

Thank you,
[YOUR NAME]

这个template有几点值得学习的地方。
Recruiter在工作的时候收到这样一个email看的时间肯定会很少。所以需要强调读这个email < 1min。
一定要说一下你对公司感兴趣的地方。这里说明你做了功课。
婉转。说你只是打听recruiting process而不是上来就要面试。
第一次发email需要让对方觉得comfortable。所以说no rush to reply。有兴趣再继续聊。

如果对方没有rely的话，就可以用下面一个

Hi [NAME of GATEKEEPER],

Hope you’re having a great week! I know how busy you probably are, but I just wanted to follow up on the email I sent last [DAY OF THE WEEK EMAIL WAS SENT] about introducing myself.  
.
I am excited about the opportunity to join the data team at [COMPANY] and solve [PROBLEM THE COMPANY IS SOLVING] with the team.

Please let me know if it would be helpful for me to provide any additional information as you move on to the next stage in the hiring process.

I look forward to hearing from you,

[YOUR NAME]

同样这个template有几点值得学习的地方。
提一下对方很忙表示理解。
再说一下对公司很感兴趣。一定要表达真诚的兴趣。

对于follow up还是要坚持。这个template可以改几个不同版本。也可以两句话share一下你的updates。过个1两周follow up一下。总是能得到回应的。
