就事论事，单从H1B来说，民主党上台对大多数老老实实的中国人不是一件太好的事情，就拿H1B 来说，奥巴马时期，80%+被烙印抽走了，我知道的是，烙印作弊非常常见，川普政府大力打击作弊后抽签容易了许多。

首先你的例子就是你个人运气而已，并不能代表川普执政之后就真的有好转。

其次，奥巴马把STEM OPT延长到了3年，没有这个政策你第一次抽不中就被kicked out了，还能让你苟到川普当政中签？我就不信08～16年要是川普当政OPT能有延长。

.--看完这些，我不知道怎么还有人能说得出“川普只是讨厌非法移民”这种话。

我觉得最重要的是，Biden will work with Congress to increase the number of visas awarded for permanent, employment-based immigration. （失业率高时临时减少）增加配额才是解决根本问题。

就怕S386又有变数......Biden上台我是同意的，但是Harris 那个货..加州都不支持她。。就怕睡王任期内驾崩，Harris登大位，不知道烙印的有多高兴....

gop参院多数 而且hold的那几位都还在 变数不会太大

奥巴马把stem opt从17延长到24个月，不是从0到24吧？

实际上大家都是为了自己的利益。留学生想留在美国，所以希望拜登上台。但是移民之后呢？看到民主党实行入学种族AA制，为了让自己的孩子上好大学，选举的时候又去投共和党了。几十年之后，由于拜登宽松移民政策留在美国的留学生们，很有可能活成当年自己讨厌的模样。

实际上，这两个党都不是完美的，支持某一方只是因为某一方符合自己眼下最急切的利益。美国的两党制说到底是一种监督机制，防止专治的出现，美国毕竟还是美国人的美国。

民主党如果拿下参院 有希望增加绿卡配额 当然现在选成这样 难度大了点

这不是扣帽子，你的身份就是如此，我只是指出你所谓的这些言论无非是追求你自身个人利益而已，完全不需要拉踩留学生对自身的利益诉求，是吗？

说明了什么呢？

如果这些是他想做的，过去这三年半干什么去了？这些明显是他被迫做的而且明显是抗拒的不想做的。
