求问工作包里面third party relocation包括rental嚒？

最近刚签了offer，签之前跟HR电话谈的package，关于relocation的细节（工作地点与现住地点相隔160 miles)，当时电话里没有听很清楚，就听到一个up to 多少k，也没太好意思问HR （第一次谈的时候没有立即答复，第二次HR主动upgrade了package，upgrade过后增加了relocation compensation，所以当时没听清楚也没好意思去细问具体）。

签offer的时候仔细看了，没发现具体金额，写的是third party relocation service.
HR的welcome email原文“4.      We will initiate relocation on your behalf. Our third party vendor will be in touch with you discussing the next steps towards successful relocation.”

我网上搜索的third party relocation有些是包括rental的。
想问下地里的朋友们有遇到过third party relocation这种情况的嚒？一般都包括啥？
