求问大佬去quant为啥在技能树上不好跳tech？
最近在面某卖方quant dev 一直天真地以为无非domain knowledge上需要更多的fin技巧和知识 不影响tech的发展的。

be cautious about C. (and probably other finance companies too). I suggest you to seek more info from full time who have worked at those companies, instead of 1point3acres.

是quant analyst的title，那应该是算quant developer？抱歉，我不太清楚两者的区别，能否指教一下？

Not C. The company is known for min to no layoff and good wlb. Everyone at the company seems pretty happy about their job when I talked to them.

I think I am a hiring mistake and found myself to be subpar amongst the employees during my internship. Their comments on the company aren't helpful since they are too competent and can navigate their work easily.

对的。但是去tech company 没问题。
自己在HF觉得quant 转SWE看上去不是很难（看到周围的人转的都很顺利）尤其是名牌HF我觉得你不用太担心....但是不喜欢还是别干了 这个行业的心理压力是很大的 没有信仰感觉支撑不住 而且quant 非常research oriented 我个人觉得research 是一个特别看主观能动性的东西？
不过说一句我上学的时候也觉得钱不是问题，毕业之后的思路还是挺不一样的。。。我觉得楼主可以自己好好考虑考虑这个问题，当然啦家里有矿除外！

兄弟你说的是developer岗？身边朋友去C家做researcher的都还是挺满意的

roblox 即将上市而且它家的market要是lz研究过的话就知道粘性有多高 目前还在扩大市场
