OPT 11/2寄到phoenix，至今没有收到任何消息

11.2 到AZ, 刚给Money Gram打电话说 “the money order has been presented for payment"，然后立马找Emma聊了下终于问到Receipt number了，心中一块大石落地感觉体重都轻了。11月初到AZ的小伙伴们淡定，应该这一两天就会有好消息的！

11.2 到AZ 昨天被cash 今天问到了 recipes number
12.7寄出的

11.5 到AZ， 还没被Cash, 今天问到了receipt number

11/2 deliver to AZ.  12/11查Emma没有receipt number, check也没有被cash.

11/5 10:19 am delivered to AZ, 是lock box， 签收人是f.brown. 今天查到money order 被cashed了，然后问emma，emma说还没有我的receipt number. 回复如下（I do not see a receipt number in our system at this time. Typically it is about 15 business days before you receive a receipt notice but USCIS has been experiencing delays with the Lock box due to a over flow in applications. Many other applicants are in the same position. Some applicants are receiving their notices within 2 months. The may still be reviewing your documents. Please write an email to ask about the form you submitted and send it to LockboxSupport@uscis.dhs.gov. Please allow up to 30 business days to receive a response.）
