推荐信邮件收不到的一个解决方案

之前在地里发帖，求助推荐人收不到SOPHAS推荐信邮件的问题。最后联系SOPHAS客服、联系自己学校ITS老师都没有解决，加白名单、查邮件拦截记录都没有用，无奈请老师换了另一个邮箱。

结果遇到TAMU用的也是CAS系统，老师也收不到邮件。但是这次联系TAMU support得到了亲测有效的解决方案：

It's likely that this person's email is blocking out messages from coming through due to a firewall. Please have them email us directly at tamusupport@liaisoncas.com（当然，这里记得换成给你发送推荐信的邮箱） and that should disable the firewall and allow us to provide them with the information needed to do the recommendation.

虽然不知道为什么，但是请老师用他的邮箱向对面发信之后，在推荐信界面resend request，老师就能收到邮件了。
