第一题SQL和Python 二选一， 我选的Python，题目是给了你一个code让你改几行使它成功运行
第二题是customer的问题，题目在附件
第三题是冰激凌的问题， Excel和题目在附件里
地里特别多资料，基本全概括了，认真写应该通过率挺高的
第一轮面试：
这一轮是一个面试官（senior manager）， 人特别好， 刚开始会叫你做一个自我介绍，然后我提到了之前做的一个project，他估计挺感兴趣的，就多问了几句（不过他明确说明这一部分不算进这一轮的面试考核）
Case部分问的是poor experience， 背景大概就是WayFair有一些poor experience的客户，然后现在要做一个project想办法把这些客户重新拉回来
1. If we want to do this project, how would you identify poor experience customers（product feedback； customer service；）
2. If we have a limited budget for this project, which types of customers would you focus on （WayFair credit card里有余额的；giftcard里有钱的；shopping cart里有东西的）
3. How would you evaluate the outcome of this project? （abtest；linear regression；）. From 1point 3acres bbs
4. How would you consider the cost of this project （employee；marketing；）
5. To run this project, we need 10 employees, each employee's annual salary is $45000, and the cost of employee training(for all 10 people) is $30000. Wayfair expects to have 10 million customers per year, in which 2% of them will have a bad shopping experience, and we only 100000 100

N 就是sample size 这一部分就挺balance具体数据我就没记。问题也是一样的，问有什么insights和recommendation，会给你时间做一些calculation，和第一轮面试的算数部分挺像的，不过你要自己考虑算些什么。我就比较了一下cost和revenue/profit。然后还问了下你觉得除了这些有什么其他的cost或者benefit之类的. 1point3acres
这部分我回答的具体内容就不细说了，感觉这个面试没过可能就是因为这部分的case
总的来说，面试官人都挺好的，都会引导你答题，其实这应该算做我第一次认真找实习，虽然我没过但是这个过程我真的有学到挺多东西。一般每轮面试结束都会给你时间问他们问题，我都会问问他们做的最有趣的project是什么，他们的回答真的都挺有趣的，每个人的都很不一样！
