不懂就问：为什么 options trading 被黑了，更难判断？

一个马里兰的程序员（Gangti Zhu）退休后把所有的钱放在robinhood账户里面，然后被黑客攻击损失了30万美元！

robinhood被黑的还有其他人，这个华人老先生损失的钱，先被robinhood退回了，然后又被取消了！


黑客是通过options trades耗尽了大约30万美元，这比简单的转移资金更难被认定为欺诈行为。

根据他儿子的描述，钱被用来买了 fitbits的option

“My Dad’s Account is hacked,” Simon wrote to Robinhood customer support. “His account keeps buying Fitbit options in large numbers. This is a fraud and a hack emergency.

看文章，感觉这位老先生的钱没了，是因为被黑客拿去做option trading了，这种情况，robinhood很难判定是欺诈，而是认为老先生有责任。 why? 为什么 被黑 + option trading的操作会被这么对待？

纯属瞎猜：
options也有买方/卖方，黑客盗取别人账户，买黑客自己卖出的权益。然后黑客让别人账户不行使权益，黑客作为卖方赚别人买options的佣金
除了第一步盗取账号，其他操作都是合理的（吧？）
所以假如不能充分证明第一步盗取账号，那么robinhood也没办法判断？
