中速h1b transfer批准

发一个详细的时间线，给地里小伙伴做个参考。F家。公司说拿到receipt就可以开始工作了，不过个人选择等到approve之后。在准备LCA的过程中，DOL发了prevailing wage新规，10月8号生效，很幸运律师在新规生效前两天提交了LCA。
