我 post 我的邮件的目的就是让大家动动手指 copy&paste 就可以给学校发个邮件，避免懒得写字 哈哈

学校的回复：

Thank you for your email and for your diligence with research. We certainly are aware of the delays and have been since mid- to late-September when students began applying for OPT, and they’ve been addressed by our professional organization on a national level, through networks of Congressional advocates. That the processing time hasn’t improved is not indicative of a lack of effort made on the part of any one school or entity, it’s simply a reflection of the widespread nature of the problem and the administrative hurdles that come with the closing of one service center and a general uptick in the number of applications sent to remaining service centers. We’re hopeful that in the turn of the new year and towards the end of January, the processing times will better reflect the promised goals of USCIS and will not further impact the employment plans of internationals.

发邮件了，等回复。。估计还是让等。如果仅仅只是每天OPT申请处理的少点，还可以安心等等，现在是几周都没干活了啊！什么时候开始也不知道。

我们学校回复说他们做不了什么，就是让等。 还说是个widely spread problem， 其他学校也在reporting. The office of Ombudsman has already been alerted of the situation from several universities.
