延期申请【H1B】Questionaries - Pubic benefit? 之前$1200+$600 stimulus check算?

想问一下去年年4月的$1200 和 今年1月刚刚的 $600 stimulus check算不算 下面的任何一个啊？

• Have you ever receivedor ever been certified to receive: Any federal/state/local/tribal cash assistance for income maintenance; Supplemental Security Income (SSI); Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF); General Assistance (GA); Supplemental Nutrition Assistance program (SNAP, formerly ‘Food Stamps’); Section 8 Housing Assistance under Housing Choice Voucher Program; Section 8 Project-Based Rental Assistance (includes Moderate Rehabilitation); Public Housing under Housing Act of 1937 (42 USC 1437); or Federally-funded Medicaid?
  

            If Yes, please provide the followingfor each benefit*:

·      Name of benefit
·      Name of Agency and contact information for agency that granted benefit
·      Date you started receiving benefit (or if certified, the date you will start receiving benefit or the date your coverage starts)
·      Date benefit or coverage ended or expires
·      *If these benefits are received intermittently throughout the year, provide each instance separately

        If you have received (or are currently certified to receive) any public benefits, submit evidence in the form of a letter, notice, certification, or other agency documents listing the information above, as well as your name.

·      If you have received/are currently certified to receive public benefits, indicate whether an exclusion applies (see below) and provide evidence to demonstrate why the benefit should not be considered.

        If you have received or have been certified to receive public benefits but requested disenrollment, pleaseprovide evidence of the disenrollment or request to disenroll if the agency has not processed request.
        If you have received the above listed public benefits, please let our firm know if any of the exemptions/exclusions listed below apply to your situation:

·      Are you a US Armed Forces Service Member or are you the spouse or child of a US Armed Forces Service Member?
·      Are you a US Citizen Child entering the US to attend his/her N600 interview?
·      If you received federally-funded Medicaid, please let us know if the receipt of those funds were in relation to:
·      Receipt by alien child under 21;
·      Recipient of Medicaid payments for an ‘emergency medical condition’;

Receipt of stimulus funds under the CARES Act will not be considered in assessing public charge. Stimulus funds are a tax credit; not a public benefit.
