OPT收据迟缓的原因

默认是按发收据日，但都在电脑系统里嘛，想重新排序也不是难事。
达拉斯的文件据说会发给别的lockbox拆 ...

现在的问题就是分不开，如果拿去chicago的话岂不是连着绿卡一起拿过去了hhhhh 害，反正黑箱操作大家都只能靠猜

我觉得potomac是按照发出来的I-797上面的receipt date来处理的，因为这应该是他们唯一能在系统里看见的date。但是目前通知的是 'Please note that USCIS stated that they will consider the actual date of the arrival of the OPT application as the date of receipt. For example, if your application arrived at the USCIS service center on October 28, 2020 but still does not have a receipt number as of January 1, 2021, your case was still logged with an arrival date of October 28, 2020. ' 这样的话后面大部分TX 10月 11月的case进入系统以后，处理顺序应该还是会排在前面。

放心肯定是和delivery date相关的。如果现在直接approve 十一月 AZ的， 所有TX pending 的人都会file到CHI了。

这应该是正解。306090法则拒人的时候是在扣钱以后，所以系统里必然有delivery 日期。不可能只有receipt 日期。

所以现在寄去tx的有什么自救办法吗，只能等吗，已经拿到offer了，跟公司说大概3月能上班，看了这个觉得好心慌，gp2月就要到期了，又怕过了gp被deny了直接回国。谢谢楼主提供信息

他说的consider应该是consider你会不会被拒绝，因为超过60/90 期限，而不一定是按照你的这个deliver date来处理。
