从下面几个方向举了几个metrics. (不知正答，谨慎参考）
1. Usability

• merchant promotion adoption rate
• promo click through rate
  

2. Sales (on weekly basis measure the following）

• avg # orders
• avg $ per order
• ROI
  

3. Retention (on weekly basis)

• avg # active users ordering from the merchants who uses the promo. compare before promo vs. after promo
  

想請教樓主第一題思路

第二题很有意思：
我列举几个答案：
（1）不好用
（2）影响堂吃的顾客
（3）没达到预期效果
（4）顾客的预期提高了
(5) 饭馆确实很少用coupon，打折这类的促销方式。
